Community MakerSpace and Craft Room

Welcome to our MakerSpace!

Hello and Welcome to Dopamine Hamiltons Community Craft Room and Makerspace!

Dopamine is a queer, neurospicy owned and operated creative collective. One of the major aims of Dopamine is that through collaboration and creativity we can grow as a community. We want to offer a safe space for fellow entrepreneurs, creatives, learners, worker bees, friends and community to be able to come and work on their craft or their biz, and play!

The makerspace currently has: sewing machines, a mini serger, fabric, yarn, embroidery, resin, painting items, a bead bar, and lots of diy crafty kits. Items can be purchased for a small fee. There is also an accessible free community craft bin. (Donations are always welcome)
As we grow we're looking to get pottery items, a rug tufting gun, molds, casts and woodworking items.

The Makerspace is currently rented by messaging via Dopamines instagram to pick a time slot. Fee is sliding scale $5-$10 per person per hour to book the room exclusively. A monthly membership of $35 gives you access to 10 hours per month. As a big thank you to the community the first use of the room is on us no charge!

The Makerspace and Dopamine is a great place to craft, work, vibe, bring the kids and has great product staging areas for people to run their online businesses.
The room can also be rented for you to work/co-work, study, or host your own creative classes (For example, paint night) Get in touch via Instagram DM if this is something you would like to do.

The Makerspace is self directed, and we don't have the capacity to assist you with your projects at this time, but as we grow we will be hosting both individual and group weekly classes.
